The Hart House Debating Club is a club offering by Hart House at the University of Toronto.

We are the oldest and most established debating club at the university of Toronto, welcoming students from all 3 campuses.

Our regular programming includes weekly meetings on Tuesdays (7-9 PM) and Thursdays (4-6 PM), and travelling tournament almost every weekend. Our past members have been Canadian, International and World Champions. We also host the largest inter-varsity debating tournament in all of Canada - The Hart House Inter-Varsity.

Our club is grounded in community. We have one of the strongest mentorship programs at the University, connecting first-time university debaters to experienced upper years.
